It’s more likely that it is in fact a hydrocele, after investigating a bit, but my balls have been aching VIOLENTLY. I wouldn't support this game it's riding the hype off of a similar unreleased game called Unrecorded, and this game even leaves itself running in the background of your PC so you can't return it after you play it and might not like it, it's undoubtedly a good looking game, but so many of the assets are stollen and you should wait for the game its ripping off to come out instead.
